what are some suggestions of teams to start with that are at the bottom. I want to manage a team that is not so great and move them up in the ranks. Any ideas?

Just pick a team in the 3 to 3.5 star rating that has the most transfer money immediately available in your league and has one or two players in the 80s.

I started one with Aston Villa (4 star team) and after 4 seasons I have one of the best rosters in the world. Makes it kind of boring to start with a 4 star or better team.
