Best ball handlers

I know messi and or and Ronaldo are the two best ball handlers but other than them everybody else just seams to slow and terrible. Just the whole game seams un responsive especially passing, and and moving. Turning around takes guys 2 secs sometimes

Who are the best ball handlers in the game?

You mean players or their WFGs?

Seriously? I have the PC version, and I lowered most players' Agility ratings by up to 90%. Biggest issue with the game by far in my opinion is the completely unrealistic degree of agility these players all exhibit. Attempting to tackle these super-human psychic ninjas is like trying to catch a chipmunk. Blindfolded. (You, not the chipmunk.)

Well, for starters, you can start playing on manual. Then evaluate the game and players.

Could be why my experience of the game is the complete opposite of the OP's. I've only ever played using all manual controls.
