Its through origin. This place just resells keys for Steam/Origin etc. They e-mail you a key and you activate it through Origin. Not sure if the discount code is still valid. It was as of last night when I bought it. Good luck.

Edit - Capping it at 60 FPS did the trick and now I can play with the render set at High with zero hiccups. Such an easy fix. Thank you ezio!
