loading ea season ticket settings taking forever and not loading

hey im at the option screen where i booted up the game and it asks if i would like to import my ea season ticket settings, i click yes and it takes for ever, so i dashboarded out and loaded up and it just loaded the default settings and i dont have my online pro settings? anyone else have this issue or know a way around it?

If you delete EA Central you should be good to go, had the same problem.
