Fifa 13 Not Fitting on TV Screen

Anyone else having this problem?

Fifa 13 is not fitting within my TV screen (the bottom is cut off) and I can't see the shot bar. It wasn't a big deal until I had to take a penalty kick.

Does anyone know how to fix this? (And it's not my TV because every other game fits and television show fits perfect).

Let us know:
- Name of TV
- Cables used for Video (HDMI, RGB, RCA, etc)
- Aspect Ratio TV Settings (Full, Widescreen, Zoom, etc)

So we can brainstorm the problem.

There is actually a setting in the one of the menus allowing you to change the screen size to make sure everything fits on screen

From the main menu -> Customize FIFA -> Settings -> Video Calibration
