Lack Of Transfers?

Yeah last year was pretty ridiculous with transfers. Ronaldo and/or Rooney would always get transferred as soon as I started a season in Europe.

One thing i notice is that i'm actually having trouble loaning/selling my own players. I don't know if there's a trick to it or something i'm doing that's affecting the transfer logic (maybe too many players for sale?) or maybe it's because i'm selling players i don't play often (thereby making their form too low to garner any offers), but i went through two deadline days without a single offer and the few offers i got during the window itself were for my big name players not transfer listed...anybody have this experience at all? I haven't noticed anybody else mentioning it.

Yeah I have the same problem. But it's easy to deal with. As the transfer window draws near, let them play 15 mins at the end of a game when you're winning 2-0, or use them in cup games if you play a weaker opponent.

If that doesn't work, do what I do. Use them in transfer talks when you want to buy another player. You get rid of the player and for the player you want to buy, you don't have to pay that much anymore.

What team are you managing? I've never seen this happen.

Liverpool. It's not a big deal because offers still happen, just not as many as i would like. It's not anything i'm assuming is a bug or anything, i honestly just believe nobody else wants the players i'm trying to sell.

And T.O., that's what i've had to do for quite a few players i needed off the payroll (like Joe Cole, whose volley from this past Sunday still hasn't come down). I always play young players in early cup matches but I do like the idea you had about playing them in a match right before deadline day. I'll have to give that a shot.
