I am having issues with my created team, I have never made one for FIFA before so I don't know if I am missing some simple step. I have downloaded them in the creation center but I can't find the team anywhere in the game. What do I have to do to be able to use the team?

Sorry I realize I was not clear. I have downloaded them on my system but when I go to career or play now I can't find the team.
