Question about transfer offers (offline Be a Pro)

Apologies if this is explained somewhere else, but I couldn't find it.
Offline career
Be a Pro (not managing)
I started with a Mexican team, but they loaned me out to a Danish team before my first game. Played a season with them, then returned from loan. It is now August '13.
My question is: how do I know how long I am signed for? Am I always signed with this same team unless I put in a transfer demand?

My guess would be yes. I simmed thru 2 transfer periods and have yet to be traded, but my player's a mid 70 on a MLS club. Not sure if you were a low rate player in a higher league.
