Before You Start Your CM

You've got to have some sort of mental checklist you go through before starting your CM, as we know that once you've started you can't change most things. I'm getting ready to get underway, and want to make sure I'm all set before getting started... Please let me know what you do, in addition to the following...

- Updated Rosters
- CTTs in Place (goes along with Updated Rosters, I guess)
- Updated Stadium Names/Venues
- ?????

What else needs to be looked into and/or edited? What can be?

what team/league are you starting in ?

if you are in a lower league and planning to advance up , remember to pick a big stadium. it will look silly early on, but much better once you get up there.

Debating between one of the MLS Squads, or a team like Milan, as I'm tired of EPL teams over and over again, and La Liga doesn't interest me at all.

mls gets boring because there are no cl or europa which im sure you know already. you can take a mls team and put them into any other league though.

im hoping next year we have more control over leagues. letting us take over roster controls and transfer signings. maybe even let us edit jerseys and stadiums. even better yet let us add lower leagues for relagation. i would make a super league with the top 30-50 teams in the game and have them fight it out over 3 divisions.

That actually sounds really awesome. I hope they have some sort of option like that.

Anything else you would make sure is done/edited/tweaked before starting a CM with, say, Milan?

CTTs and custom formations are recommended, but at least CTTs.
