XP not being awarded?

So I haven't been awarded any XP for the last 3 EAS challenges I've won.

This is beyond infuriating. I am connected to the EA Servers and actually get my daily XP, but when I win a challenge nothing is added to my XP total. Is this happening to anyone else? This goes back to the Spurs score 2 challenge...so a could weeks at least....

Here's EA's proposed fix for XP not being rewarded:

Greetings,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your experience points in Fifa.

There are a couple of things that I would like you to do in an attempt to resolve this issue.

Firstly:

1. From the dashboard, press the Xbox Guide button.
2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
3. Select System Settings.
4. Select Storage.
5. Highlight the Hard Drive and press Y.
6. Select Clear System Cache.
7. Confirm, allow the operation to complete, then restart the console.

Secondly:

1. Please disconnect your Xbox 360 from the internet. If you are using a wired connection, you can temporarily disconnect your Xbox, or you can turn off your modem or router.
2. From the dashboard, press the Xbox Guide button.
3. Navigate to the Settings tab.
4. Select System Settings.
5. Select Console Settings.
6. Select Clock.
7. Select Date and Time.
8. Set the system date to November 15, 2005.
9. Reconnect the console to the modem/router if necessary.
10. Restart the console; it should automatically reconnect to LIVE, resyncing the date and time.
