Online Rosters in Career Mode?

For the life of me I can't figure out how to use the downloaded rosters on Career Mode... Is there any way to use anything but Generic rosters in manager mode? I've been looking around the internet and seeing that no one else is having this problem so I feel like an idiot but Ive been playing Fifa for the past ten years and have never had this problem.

Make sure you have the rosters loaded up that you want, and when you're selecting settings, make sure you select 'Current Customized Rosters'. If you apply Champions League, it'll reset, and you'll have to make sure it's correct before Advancing.

Thats the thing I cant find where to load rosters... Where in the menus can I get that option?

My Fifa 13 > Load > Squads

haha... ive been playing sports video games all my life and i couldnt figure that out...
