Here is a video of just a fraction of the frustration I am having right now. In this game here I had 23 shots and it ended in a 0-0 draw. The last couple days it almost seems like every game I play I cant get a shot to the GK if I paid for one. This is driving me insane! Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

-take better shots, as in work the goalkeeper more and try to make higher percentage shots. Make the extra pass. Take fake shots to keep the defenders honest. Cross the ball into the box, try to dribble around defenders... -

Learn skill moves and pass the ball around, if you don't practice enough, it's hard to be nine goalkeepers.Comment

i can only go by what i see in your clip. you did not get good shooting position before you were firing off shots. work on the quality of your shots. dont be afraid to dribble in the box, you dont need to execute skill moves. just hold the skill trigger and dribble. dont be afraid to finesse the ball into the lower corners. these are extremely hard for the keeper to get to.

This was offline, but I try to play both. I have tried to dribble and work a better shooting position but sometimes it feels like I am controlling my player and the defender at the same time. Its like they move together like a shadow. If I dribble too close the defender just walks away with the ball like I'm not even there.
I would like to play online more but it seems like everyone online plays that high pressure defense crap. It just not fun playing against that in every game. But then again I know the only way to get better is to practice.

You just have to be patient really. In a situation like the one in that video, but in real life a team may be around the box for a good couple of minutes trying to find the best shot possible. Try some one twos, fake shots, etc. to get a decent chance. Don't have to force it.Comment

you need to create a sliver of space before you shoot the ball. otherwise you will just be pinging it off of defenders,
as for how you took 23 shots, and scored no goal I'm assuming at least half of them were not on target (ie the goalie, didn't even have to save it) So get shots with a chance of doing damage, not just shots for the sake of shooting
this goal was scored on legend difficulty, there are plenty of goals to score in fifa13 I love how realistic they come. see how I got in some space and set up my strong foot?
Ill show another goal, just that this one was called offsides. I still dont know how
