Re: The Usual Transfers

Leandro Moura from Gremio has been awesome for me. Diego Rubio from Sporting before that. I sold him to Barça when he was 22/23 and 83 overall because I had Leandro and Yassine Benzia and a great scouted striker behind him.

Tonny Vilhena is a good player for a mid-table/lower-calibre team (or anyone really) also Jeroen Lumu progresses quickly. Hallam Hope from Everton is NASTY in my save he's 22 and an 85 (!) overall. I half-serious try to buy him from Everton every window (valued at £29M so it would take a hefty fee to pry him away) but they say he's too important for them oh well we'll see if they renew him lol.

Re: The Usual Transfers

If I could figure out who to be in my CM, I have to pull the trigger tonight. Things that are important: Stadium must be authentic or atleast look close to the real thing, kits by nike or addidas, decent youth.

The first person I will sign is Becks for about $400,000.

Lacina Traore
Sakho
Dede
Mariga
Wanyama

All for Arsenal. Mariga was cheap 2 mil while suggested value is about 5. Same for Dede I think paid 11 mil.

**Disclaimer**

I tend to play my manager mode by taking a lower league team (Npower 1/2 usually) and building it into a top league side capable of competing in the highest level competitions (league titles, domestic cups, champion's league) so most of these players start in the 60's/70's and typically won't reach higher than an 85 overall rating, but the great thing about most of them is that they are inexpensive, and when combined with a strong scouting system (which you can have because all your transfers were cheap) and maybe a couple of regenerated players, you can build a premier side in a couple of seasons. Some are on the more expensive side, just to provide some attractive options for those upper echelon clubs that have some cash to spend at the onset of a career.

Re: The Usual Transfers

I did this thread for FIFA 13, and I was wanting to see who are the usual suspects transfer wise for FIFA 14.

For me its:

The Ayew Brothers from Olympique de Marseille
Javier Pastore LM PSG
Jack Butland GK Stoke City
John Anthony Brooks CB Herta Berlin (Young German-American, good young talent)

Anybody young with one name from Brazil (silly ain't it?)
