System lock from ultimate team?

I hardly ever touch the mode on fifa, but I notice a few days ago that my system is lock from accessing my ultimate team on fifa, but I got on madden to check if it was the same for that as well and was successfully able to get into ultimate team and run a game. If it means anything I got a new 360 in October, but since it did not mess madden ut up for me i doubt that the issue.
