Preorder codes and historic kits not unlocking

Pre ordered and got the 24 fut packs. The receipt says it does more and so does the download description. But the adidas team is still locked and so are all the historic kits.

I think it's just a lie. These things do not unlock.

Well...the packs unlocked and so did the celebrations. But none of this stuff unlocked;

the adidas all star team
2 adidas balls
2 pairs of adidas boots

Same issues here. I entered 3 absurdly long download codes but only seem to have earned 24 packs & some special single pack......absolutely no evidence of any historic kits being given to me.

Yeah, same issue here with my Best Buy preorder code. Got my first of 24 packs for FUT but all of the ADIDAS All-Star team, etc. is still locked.
