I think 15 is perfect. Roughly half an hour devoted to a game, and you get enough chances for it to feel like a full game. If you go ahead, you have to actually hold that lead, but if you go behind, you have time to fight back.

Also, you'll get more realistic statistics. For example, more shots.

agree with 15, but this makes playing with custom sliders mandatory, otherwise it becomes a goal fest.

15 is the best imo, and makes it feel like a real game, no question. I do however use 8 and 10 for online friendlies and certain modes, since I dont have the most amount of time I can devote to this game in every mode that I'd like to.

To me it depends on difficulty level, game mode, and whether you're using sliders. Ultimate Team gameplay on any difficulty level seems suited for 6-7 minute halves. On exhibition and tournaments I play on World Class with 8-10 minute half times. No sliders for me.
