FIFA just offered me an update when I turned it on today.

FIFA14 / X360 / 65MB

Any idea what this is?

January transfers?

New to FIFA23 ... did not care for FIFA22 ... after having played FIFA19 for the previous three years!

Yes it was patched for some stability fixes supposedly. Certain balls purchased from the catalog weren't used correctly in FUT, so basically a bunch of hogwash from EA.
