Re: Transfer question
You can inquire about the player and the team will tell you an estimate of what they want. I always offer a lower price first, if they don't accept it then I raise it, but if I really want the player then I'll just offer his value from the get go and see if they accept.
As for contract bonuses, you don't have to give any bonuses. I don't. Just offer them the wage that they want, and the squad role they're gonna play. I usually just offer them the wage and years, but don't specify the squad role. If the player replies "I want to know what my squad role will be" then I'll go back and put it in. If the player is being a princess and keeps saying no even though you already met his demands, then you can throw in bonuses to convince him. If that still doesn't work, then the player wants a higher wage. Remember, unless you're a rich team like Manchester City, don't throw all the money on the table right away. Offer a small amount first, and if they don't accept then raise it a bit. For example, if the player is valued at 500,000 then first offer 300,000 and see if they accept. If they don't, then raise to 350,000 and so on. If you have a player that you want to get rid of you can offer him as a player trade as well!
