I have been searching high and low to see if I can do this. Here's my idea:

I would like to create a second US-based league using created teams. These teams would have their own league championship, but then could play against MLS teams in Cup competition.

Is this possible? I've read about creating your own Super League by swapping teams, but how can I locate a league in North America? Is this possible or am I just dreaming.

I don't think you can add another league. You can only swap mls teams with other teams.
