Matt I've been playing a few games on normal speed as well & it feels more 'balanced' is the best word. Also I'm seeing fouls not seen on slow, i.e: barging in the back.

Played my first game last night.

Used Matt & Co's sliders and wow, FIFA feels like a completely different game, i am kicking myself that i never took custom sliders into account for this game in previous years. All i can say is thank you, it plays completely different. I cannot wait to play more after work

I really don't see the difference between slow and normal. I still think slow is way too fast IMO.

I would have never have thought that playing on "Slow" would feel almost too fast but it does. I really enjoyed the only 20 minute match I played. I few notes.

-The cut inside ind. instruction doesn't really work for wingers. They makes runs to the outside of the outside and don't pinch in on offense.

-The cpu's defensive shape is pretty good. May need to raise line height and lower length to get a more realistic look and feel, but that will likely have repercussions.

-FB positioning needs to go up at least slightly.

-Pass speed and error is so awesome this year. I think you all got it spot on with the 35 speed. Nice to see the cpu make so many errant passes. Played Espanyol with Barca and Espanyol finished with 78% with their long ball tactic on. The variety was and human aspect of their offense was the best i've seen in Fifa's history.

Food for thought....

The initial genesis of the 45 shot speed was actually my using normal speed on FIFA 17. What I really loved there was that with the normal speed, I was seeing more error than I otherwise would on slow and default error.

So, if you're serious about normal speed, I would advise a little more sample size with it to see if an error adjustment is warranted at that speed setting.

Two games on normal speed. Feels very very balanced and a decent amount of fouls. I also find if you dribble a little more you get fouled a little more, naturally. But the ticky tack fouls have picked up sine going to normal.
