I started doing this set last year in order to use a set that worked with the style and difficulty I was at. I am generally newer to FIFA than others and was playing at the Pro level. The OS Community Sliders is where I began to learn about the beauty of sliders and changing the game with them (as most people do I am sure). My set is not to take away from that at all because they do phenomenal work and their numbers serve as a baseline to many others. I still follow and give input on the forum and occasionally use their numbers to add to their experience (I use Schalke for their slider set). Matt does a wonderful job of explaining his set and the changes he does.
The test team I have used for this set is Oldham Athletic (as the updates come, I will be switching to Salford City after this post). I am doing a RTG with them and adjusting the sliders along the way. The beginning of this set is rooted in realistic statistics and game play based on the numbers from Whoscored.
The shape of the pitch, passing, shooting, and tactics are what sliders are all about. I believe I have a good set going with the modifications I have achieved from the last set (injury still kind of touchy but getting there) and it is worth giving a go.

This is a defender-specific slider and controls how narrow and wide they. Increased from default to widen the defense a bit since the patch made them more narrow

This keeps the lines between the defenders, midfielders, and forwards a little more open than in default. I typically play on "Long ball" so this works for me. If you do not play on this instruction, then 47/47 is a great length so passing with be more controlled.
Width: 45/45
Decreased post-patch to bring back in line
Watching actual football matches demonstrates that the players are not covering the width of the full pitch, they are more centralized in the pitch.
FB Positioning: 50/50
Increased to default to have the FB behave appropriately post-patch
Power Bar: 55
I have this set above default to contribute to a higher shots pg and lower pass percentage
FT Control Error: 54/54
Did not want the ball to be too loose on the feet after the patch so I increased the value

This is at default because I believe the have the amount of time a player reaches max sprint to be sufficient. There will not be major changes in this value because it works for the game.
Shot Error : 60/60
This value is used to attempt to get a more/less accurate shots pg value. In League Two, Shots pg is 11.5 so I am working to get that percentage.
Pass Error : 56/56
This value is used to attempt to get a more/less accurate pass percentage. In League Two, pass percentage is abysmal at 69% so this value is high IRL. However, to deviate from a frustrating gaming experience, I have shot for low 70's to high 80's (depending on opponent)
Shot Speed : 48/48
Slow down the shot so as to not make the keeper totally useless unless they are Manuel Neuer. May decrease more depending on the adjustments that come through on speeding up the ball.
Pass Speed: 44/44
This always needs to be slowed down to simulate an actual ball going across the pitch. FIFA balls move way too fast and this should work for now.
Injury Freq: 60/60
Wanted a little more injuries than I originally got on default, this is completely subjective
Injury Severity: 45/45
At this setting I have had a good mix of bruised shoulders and broken toes.
GK Ability : 55/55
Increasing the keepers ability makes getting shots a great deal harder to contribute to the shots pg percentage going higher.
Marking: 50/50
Kept at default as the amount of coverage of players is more than adequate, we don't want the players on top of each other nor do we want them 30 meters apart.
Run Freq: 40/40
This slider is used to reign in my wingers and forward a little. If you like to play a more expansive game where you kick the ball down the field, then you need to increase this slider.
Height: 48/48

I want my fullbacks to stay back a little during the attacks to provide defensive cover unless I am using them to make a run. This setting keeps them back and out of the attack

Wow I just came across this slider set and I must say this plays awesome. I play on 15min, worldclass, normal speed. I play as Hertha BSC and played against Newcastle in International cup. I had 4 fouls/ cpu had 7 fouls. They foul me 2 times inside the box. Headers from corners are very hard to get a goal but it's still fun.

That is what I love to hear!! As the tweaking comes down the line with updates and such, I think the set will give a little about the set pieces. FIFA 20 still has some major bugs in it so we will just have to wait until the fix the set piece-header over the net issue.
