Re: Next Gen Sliders - CPU cross, long shots and better defending

yeah thats what im seeing too.

Ive settled at 25 Height and 25 length, found the attack suffered too much when length is very low.

Im seeing good CPU v CPU games 15-20 shots - moving on to editing tactics now. no press and no Possession for a start. Also noted that some tactics drain stamina very quickly like 41212.

Thank you for the quick reply - ill keep watching for your updates.

Hello Stimhack !

Do you play with tactical defending or legacy?

Like these sliders a lot but struggling with the difference between World Class being a bit too easy and Legendary being a bit too hard. Anybody have any tips for making the jump?

Re: Next Gen Sliders - CPU cross, long shots and better defending

Jay;

Remember that WC is 75% Cpu Att/Def.
Legendary is 95%.

You could try Matt10s old quick advise for WC to add +1-2 to Spd and Acc. On this version I found its not so impactful.

I add +10 to CPU runs, -5 to my Marking and lower CPU First touch, which makes it harder for me to take ball off them.(I play in position).

One thing i do is adjust all teams tactics before starting career, No pressing (stam drop) no possession attack (too slow). It takes some time but fixing formations/tactics improves gameplay greatly.

And i noticed Diamond formations (no wings) kill teams Stam fast (41212 etc..), you can fix this quickly by pushing the CML/R much wider.

Hope this helps.

From OS community sliders.

The only way it is a "playable game" is in World Class and by putting the much more challenging CPU on attack. In Legendary and Ultiamte, it is completely broken.

I'm working on a legendary set now.
I don't agree that legendary is broken.. just needs some tweaks
