What does "on his back foot" mean?

it means exactly what it says, you are on his back foot or he is slightly in front of you. You can use this to your advantage to prevent them from cutting back behind you. I use this to herd the ball handler down the sideline to my fullback. If he slows down or cuts back he is in trouble, if he tries to burn pass you, he is in trouble. At this point they can only try to play a pass, but if they have nobody to pass to. I think you can see the point.

Great technique and I hated it... Then I found out how to do the body feint.

Perfect counter for that headache.

Thanks to everyone here who has posted some tips to defend better. I feel like each day i play, i have improved on my D since getting the game two weeks ago.

Just played a game where it was 0-0 heading into extra time (2nd half) and the person did the kick off lob glitch to score and win the game. This glitch really sucks.

BTW: the person send a message to me saying "You just been KSIed" what's a "KSI" or "KSIed"?

KSI is a guy who does FIFA videos on YouTube etc, he posted up a video about how to do that kick off goal.
