Career Mode -Can't have CPU choose Lineup

I just started a new manager career and like to have the CPU select the lineup. I usually hit "X" (XBOX One) when at the squad selection screen, and the little arrows will turn and it will give me a new lineup. I don't like spending a lot of time worrying about the lineup and want to play. The CPU won't select the lineup and it isn't an option. Is there a setting? Something I changed when creating my new career, I am only a couple games in so I don't mind starting over, but would rather not if I changed something on accident.

Open the squade tab and then slect the screen where it has your starting 11 then hit square. This will change your lineup automatically.

Basically you don't have enough players fit for the ai to do a swap. I believe you have to have 2 players at each position to do it.
