Um... Hell naw... (FUT Packs not opening)

So, I used 15,000 coins opening 2 jumbo packs and it began to show the animation with the gold soccer ball and everything. However, it didn't go to the distribution center (where you choose to sell, send to club, etc) and it didn't show ANY of the players I earned. I opened another pack and it did the same thing.

My questions are simple:
1) Has this happened to anyone else before?
2) Where do I need to go to report this so I can get a return on my 15k or get the two jumbo premium gold packs I offered?

And please dont reply with "Thats why I don't play FUT" or something similar. If you choose not to play FUT, then fine, but you sharing that in this thread doesnt help me or anyone else who has had this same issue.
