Are you able to edit player ratings?

not 100% sure on this but have heard if you change a players overall they dont grow in career mode

Yes. Nothing to crazy. But things like raising Lukaku leaping ability, Ross Barkleys motor, Mephis Depays shot...lowering declining players like Iker and Xavi. Haven't made huge dents in overall but the playability seems better.

Hmm...haven't had that problem in previous years of FIFA, but don't k ow for sure. These are on track for tomorrow release of v1. Hopefully I get some response if any players are missing or on wrong teams and what not because I'd like to release weekly or close to it till 15 drops

Yes will be out later tonight. Just have some player edits left to do. Again, this is v1 so I will release another version later that has more of the small transfer moves. Tho I think you'll be surprised how many I have in v1. Currently doing some more attribute changes...not too far off from completion
