Is anyone else having issues with the screen size? It's not formatting correctly on my tv. Any suggestions on how to scale down the video screen size

Yeah, it's odd on mine too. There's an option in ps4 settings but I don't think that affects it.

You can, indeed, fix it in the PS4 settings. I was able to.
