Why do I have to wait until 3 AM to play my digital copy of FIFA? Is there a reason given?

How long is the install taking for you guys? The game downloaded in ~30 minutes but it has been installing ever since then. It is sitting at 57% right now. this kinda sucks lol

anyone with the digital download having issues with laggy gameplay? I am playing offline on ps4 in career mode and my game is very choppy....any tips or insights?
