I noticed when I did a shoot out that no matter what I pressed or where I directed my goalie nothing would get the goalie to make an attempt to dive. I was doing everything right. Is anyone else experiencing this problem

On PS4, you have to use the right analog stick and time it. By timing it, you have to flick the right analog stick right before the shooter makes contact with the ball.
