Can you change player work rates in 15 career mode?

I am finally getting deep enough in my 15 career mode to realize I can't seem to figure out how to change player work rates. In 14 it was tied to formations and such. I know 15 has the new instructions and fancy things, but I can't seem to find a way to simply adjust work rates.

Has this been completely replaced by the instructions?

I did a search here and everywhere but wasn't able to land on the answer. Thanks.

As part of the shiny new Team Sheet feature that EA implemented for 15 they removed the workrate setting, along with man marking assignments and DPad assignable custom tactics (if you switch to LONG BALL in game you can never switch back to your default tactic without pausing the game).
