I'm getting sick to death of losing games because my opponent knows how to fake shoot and have good ball control (like magnet) to score easy goals while i can't even defend because when i try to contain, it leaves his players open for a touch pass goal.

Does anyone have any suggestion on improving my ball control and defending? I'm desperately need help.
