Title pretty much says it all ...

I will be switching from [ FIFA14 on X360 ] to [ FIFA15 on XBONE ] after Christmas ... so two changes to consider ... moving from 14 to 15, and moving from X360 to XBONE ...

Any thoughts? What do I need to know?

I am an exclusively all-manual offline career mode player. I have played FIFA all the way back to FIFA06 ... so I am pretty decent with my button-mashing skills. I am just curious about what I should expect with the new year and, perhaps more importantly, the next-gen system.
