Switch out leagues in career mode
Is it possible to replace an existing league with a creation centre league in career mode? I want to make a creation centre league with Orlando City FC and NYCFC added to the MLS and can't figure out how to do that without having it exist along side the licensed MLS in career mode.

There is no create centre on FIFA'15 for xBoxOne.

I know, but the last gen forum never gets any traffic so I thought maybe I would post this here and get a quicker response...which backfired.
