I would a more interactive manager mode. Youth squads and training sessions like in fifa world cup 2014 would be refreshing. Also the ability to customize kits during the season. Ten seasons wearing the same kit is an eyesore after a while.

You have to search by attributes/positions. As you learn more about soccer/FIFA you will either develop your own style/system or adapt to the players you have. Finding the right fit is very difficult in real-life but it's generally much easier in FIFA because you have greater control over the player you're controlling so traits like "Vision" and "Awareness" are not as important.

Several people have mentioned it, but defense needs help. If nothing else, let the CPU controlled defenders on your team react to loose balls for crying out loud. Making a tackle and watching my teammates ignore the ball while the opponent grabs it easily is infuriating. I have been waiting for this for ages. This simply has to be a design decision they have made and it boggles the mind.

Above all, I'd like to see them leave almost everything alone and focus SOLELY on the AI and more realistic physics and game situations. Everything to do with AI so player behaviours and play build-ups to substitutions, starting players and transfers.

Actually call hand balls, better CPU AI, more fouls, and please give us a better career mode. I understand FUT makes you a ton of money, but not everyone cares about it.

1. Smarter AI, CB that are agessive, ST who make runs etc..
2. Real manual switch, like PES
3. Better AI for Pro Clubs
4. making Stamina matter in Pro Clubs
5. less accurate over the top passing Pro Clubs
6. AI that goes for loose balls

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Fix the winter gear bug!!! Honestly, if they could fix that one problem so that we could edit players comfortably, I'd be super happy with the game.

Besides the blatant AI fixes, I want an online manager mode. And a manager mode overhaul
