It says,"receive double growth for your next 5 training sessions."

Does that mean you train each of the boxes once, or use all the training boxes 5 times?

In other words, is a "training session," getting a player to do pass training? Or is a session doing passing, shooting, defense, free kicks and one more?

I'm not sure if it would be possible to do what you're thinking. I would've just assumed it meant that it doubled the results of your training sessions. That said, I haven't tried it, so who knows.

No, I understand what it does. I'm trying to figure out if a training session is one drill, or 5 drills?

Its one drill, so one overall session. I bought one the other day. Thinking it was 5 sessions of 5 drills. I only got double growth on the first session of 5 drills. Its pretty worthless if you ask me.
