Yes! The 532s ability to suddenly 'flex' from supremely defensive to brazen attack is what I love about it. However, like Paphino81 says, it requires discipline.

Another bit I like about it is that you can easily shift the midfield to even more defensive (dropping one or two mids back to CDM) or push a CM into the slot. It's easy to do this on the fly midgame without drastically altering the whole formation.
