What Day of the week do Roster Updates Occur?

It's usually on Fridays.

Was the roster update for today already? When do we know when there are updates?

I don't want to start manager mode before that

It had a roster download for me today. I checked some recent moves online and checked the teams to see if any changes were made. Wes Brown was on Blackburn, Jeremie Aliadiare was on Lorient, etc...

I figured if those moves from the week of the 18-24 were on there, then it was updated. No Donovan on LA Galaxy still.
