While the licensing is in place, it looks like the broadcast package isn't in yet. Most likely it will be added in a title update in the near future, as was the case with other leagues in previous years.

I don't think the real stadia will be in, not even the names. But we can change the generic stadium assignment and name for each club; check out the stadium thread for more info.
