The biggest losers are us, because after we download the new post-transfer window rosters and start our Career Modes, once we hit January, some of those transfers will get undone from the computer teams selling them. We need an option to turn off the first January transfer window in Career Mode so that we can keep the accurate, updated rosters for the entire first season.

While I would love to cut off the first January window as well, if I'm not mistaken all players purchased in the January window should be set as not able to be moved in the new roster updates same as new arrivals during the summer window aside from release clauses being hit. Is that not how it works (never actually made it past the first winter transfer window in a career last season)?

Hmmm. I dunno. That would be really cool if true. Doesn't help with the other players, tho. Just wish we could turn if off like the first summer transfer window. Things kind of get screwed up, now, anyway since they added in the ability to buy players all year and have them just come to the clubs when the next window opens. Wish I could turn that off, too. Lol!

I've actually never thought about wanting to turn off the entire first year before. Usually I start a CM so the real-life Jan updates don't have an affect on me but this year I didn't (I think I played too much of '18).

There are SOOOOO many more transfers, well mostly loans, IRL compared to FIFA. That's one thing that PES used to right. They used to give you an option of High, Normal, or Low transfers. FIFA needs to up their Managerial AI badly. A lot of teams act like they're Spurs in real life lol.

In my Liverpool Career Mode, during the first calendar year, Spurs have sold Dier, Dembele, Winks, Rose, Trippier, and Davies. That's even worse than United buying up every striker in sight in FIFA 17.
