In the career mode is it possible to be a manager and watch the games instead of playing them. Like a real manager mode?

Not in fifa :/ if u want to do that get football manager or pes with i have pes also master league is way better the career mode

hello everyone,

I have tried PES mate. Its good, but the problem is, its not FIFA. I dont know, its a love hate relationship with this game that doesnt allow me to let go. I have said for the past 4 years, that I wont buy the game, but, here I am.
