In FUT, go to your squad,open mylowes the squad action list (PS4 / XB1 triangle button: A button), select Custom Tactics, and then select the Instructions tab. Player instructions are only assigned to players, not mykohlscharge positions, so if you switch players, the replaced player will have their own set of instructions. When giving instructions to a player, keep their skills and characteristics in mind. If the instructions are beyond your player's ability, they may not be able to handle them properly.
