Okay...I verified that the following rosters from the Operation Sports thread work with my system, specifically the one from JaDavian24 at the bottom. So there is something wrong with the roster you've uploaded, chill. Hope this helps somehow and looking forward to being able to use this one!

I'm no expert, but I used only Modio and Horizon to get it to work. I think all you need to do is pull up your roster file in Horizon and then right click on it. Then click "export". If you will upload that exported file, I think it will work...
