Ive come across the same issue. My system will freeze at the same time, before the re-sign phase. It doesnt happen very often though. Probably not as often as yours. Ive gotten into the habit of saving right after the draft bc of this then when it does freeze i reload my saved game and it works fine. If yours does it often and then im not really sure. Has to be some way the game is moving around players the sysem doesnt like. Im not sure the actual issue could ever be located really.

Best thing id suggest to try is go thru all the NHL, AHL, CHL teams and do Best Lines for all outside of GM mode in main rosters so everyone is assigned. I do this everytime. Maybe itll help i dunno.

Thanks for the suggestion. Is there a way to update rosters while playing in GM mode ? Or does it all have to be done before you start GM mode ? Thanks

Any changes you make inside a current gm mode wont be saved outside of one in the main rosters for any future gm modes. Will only be reflected in the current one your playing. If you change something outside of the gm mode with the main rosters it wont be reflected inside a currently being played gm mode. Will only be reflected if you start a new gm mode. Hopefully that makes sense.

I was actually editing my rosters when I saw you post and I was halftrough... So I finished editing and applied the changes you made yourself in your file.

I edited Vancouver players as you asked and also goalie gears.

New release in OP with up to date 2020 and 2021 draft classes!

Looks like Jack Eichel is set as a rookie in your roster. Looks like he was in the roster I played with before as well. Never noticed it until now. :/ Also, Thatcher Demko & Cayden Primeau need to be set as a rookies in the NHL. Minor things I can fix myself but figured id let you know for your roster.

Small suggestion: since there are 2 guys seemingly working on this, maybe the OP can take the files and put them in the original post?

Reff99s original post is updated with his new roster and I removed my link. I did not know he had one coming out so soon or I would not of posted one.

You know the drill: make a base roster file on a flash drive, go into Horizon (or whatever program you've got) and replace the roster file with this one. Rehash and re-sign and you're good to go.
