Would Upping The Aggresiveness Slider Increase Injuries and Penalties?

I'm not getting enough penalties and I'm not getting ANY injuries. I'm thinking if I up the aggresive slider up it might help in at least one of them. Anyone know?

Also, what does Vision Control do?

Unfortunately not. There is a penalties slider though.

Vision control (Left Trigger) primarily keeps your player oriented towards the play. Get a player in 1 on 0 practice mode and skate him around using it and it should make sense pretty quickly.

I've actually found that raising aggression does indeed raise penalties to some degree. If the CPU goes after the puck carrier more aggressively, there's more of a chance that you'll end up getting tripped or slashed. This has been even more true since the patch.

As for injuries, you'll see a few more if you raise hitting power, but I'm not sure it's worth the way doing that messes with any illusion of realistic gameplay.

I would say yes to both. I upped the aggression to 5 out of 6 and the hit power to 4 out of 6 and finally got the first injury I've seen to one of my own players. It's actually a playable injury but still better than nothing. And some of the recent games I played were penalty-filled.

Hit power will affect injuries a bit, I forgot about that one.
