Where are my drafted players?

I signed 5 of my draft picks, yet only one is on my AHL roster. Can anyone tell me where to find them?

I do see them as available to be traded, and I see them in the "contracts" screen, but nowhere available to be used on either AHL or NHL rosters...?

The players you drafted are still in Juniors. Once they become old enough they can be in the AHL/NHL. You can call them up if they're signed to an entry level contract.

Thanks. Perhaps you know the answer to another question...

The Wild drafted Mikael Granlund and hold his rights, yet if I don't sign him in the preseason, he becomes a UFA and goes to someone else.

How do I prevent this from happening without having to sign him to a two-way deal? Is there a way that he will still play "overseas" or is it only the CHL that applies?
