Can anyone tell me if i can buy the game with just the disc instead of the add-on controller. Also if you guys have tried the game out tell me how you like it. Thanks

I've only seen it advertised with the stick so I'm betting thats the only way you can buy it. I think the game is really fun but lacks depth like gameplay sliders,manual line adjustments and online play. If you're not into the sim thing and are looking for a fun pick up and play hockey game you'll probably like this. Are the controls responsive? Is it better to play with or without the stick? And can you use a gamecube or VC controller? I am thinking about getting this and NBA Jam.....EA should make a bundle like that lol that would be awesome.

The controls work pretty well. The stick works fine but I prefer the wiimote/nunchuck combo.No gamecube or VC controller support.The control options are stick,wiimote/nunchuck and wiimote only.
