Anyone have any idea when EA will release these as a DLC? I want to start my GM Mode, but I don't want to be playing against Winnipeg with those generic NHL uniforms.

They stated around the time of the first roster update of the regular season it will be included in it.

We won't have to use EA's official rosters will we? Can this jersey be assigned to either matt's or petrpuck's set? Appreciate any help (and sorry if this is a dumb comment)...

EA has said it will come in the form of an update not a roster update. the jets jerseys wont have anything to do with the in game rosters. an EA developer said on the EA forums in late september the jerseys were " a few months away." whether that has changed I dont know but thats the only time table i have seen some one from EA give us.

this is pretty pathetic, the jerseys were unveiled over a month ago, i'm sure EA had a sneak peak of the jerseys just like they did for the Bills in Madden so it shouldnt take over 2 months after theyve been unveiled to be put in the game

Well they go by what the NHL says I'm sure... so I would imagine it will be released with the Alternates.

i never understood this stuff with jerseys.. sure, if teams havent showed them off publicly then i understand. but with some 3rds (in the past) and obviously the Jets jerseys, whats the big deal? i cant imagine the NHL telling ea, no guys, you cant use these jerseys that have been out for over a month etc in the release of the game. we will make the people wait for 2 months and unlock via code..

that cant be it, right?

I dont understand it really, but you don't have to play against them in the generic. You could just use the retro jerseys.

I don't understand why it should take so friggin long to create the Jets jerseys and release them. Back in the PC days there would be people that would make mods of jerseys in no time that were just as good, if not better than the ones that were already in the game.

we've got talented people here who could have them created in an hour, yet it takes EA eons to get them done... and so we wait...
