I got this game at Futureshop and was wondering if I'd be able to return it due to freezing issues. I guess what I'm saying is would that be covered as one of the reasons to return it?

I emailed Futureshop and they said I could but I guess if I got another copy it would just freeze anyways.Comment

Maybe try writing EA about it? You could probably get something out of it if you complained well enough. I mean really, name something else that you've bought that malfunctioned and you couldn't get a refund for besides video games and movies.Comment

I know with many stores now any game that has a one time use online axxess code cannot be returned for anything except the trade in value. My friend bought nhl 12 for ps3, his ps3 died so he got a 360, they gave him $32. The game had been out for 2 weeks.Comment
