They were in NHL 12 as created jersey logos, so it was pretty easy to create an exact replica of the Thrashers' jerseys.

I will check this for you today and confirm if they are still in the game for NHL 13.

The jerseys aren't in the game, but on create a team option, the logo is still available.

And EA hasn't updated banners in arenas. The Thrashers banner is still hanging above some teams arenas, but Jets isn't.

Yep, I checked it out, and the Thrashers logo is still available in the create a team feature.
