    Be a gm help?

What things do I need to change to get the CPU players like
Crosby or the ovechkins or stamkos players to finish the season with around 100 plus and like 110 plus for Crosby and malkin at the end of the season

There's nothing you can do to make them reach that plateau. Maybe edit them and make their stats all 99? The CPU logic/engine controls it all and it's not editable obviously.

Just have to deal with the poor EA Sports engine.

I havnt fully figured this out myself, but I have noticed a few things. A sniper needs a playmaker and a grinder/power forward to not overshadow him and split the goals so to say. This is tough to get for your first line.

If you notice hes on a stretch without goals, swap him from, for example, right wing to left wing, swap centers, put him on the second line even. Just mixing it up and switching coaching strategies can work unless your entire top line is 90+.

This one time I put my elite sniper with 20 goals in January, on the trade block, and he went on a tear finishing with 55 goals and the Richard. That only worked the one time though so its not a sure thing.

Just have to find the right mix I guess, there is no one set formula.

I wouldn't say it's impossible. I would look at two things:

          1) Edit down goalie ratings

I think one of the reasons why you're not seeing the top offensive players pass the 100-point barrier is because goalies are too good. In the simulation, the top 10 goalies are easily sporting a >.940 sv% which puts them in the discussion for greatest seasons of all time for goaltenders.

          2) Edit down player ratings

From experience, I find that the more talent a team has, the more the goals tend to be distributed "evenly". I personally find that there are too many top-6 forwards in the game, too many guys that if given sufficient ice-time could go on and score 25+ goals a season. Reduce the number of scorers globally and watch the top players score more goals.
